Enjoyed our stay at Rocky’s place! Great location, a short walk to the beach. We ran into a minor issue once we arrived, however Rocky fixed the problem immediately! Would definitely stay here again!

Everything was absolutely amazing! Rocky was very responsive. My family of 4 had one of the best times while staying in the condo. The view was great, the AC was cold, the king size bed was so comfortable felt like my bed at home, was able to cook while we were there instead of spending $ on eating out every-time. Was able to keep up with the laundry without having to track all the way downstairs. We will 1000% be back. I will move dates around just to make sure we stay here anytime we are in Florida!

Not on the beach but next best to it. It’s on a resort with many amenities. Beach is only a walkable half mile along with a restaurant (beach house) on the boardwalk we ate 2 days in a row. Pool was beautiful, clean and family friendly. Easiest check in with very clear instructions. Very clean condo with a small balcony.

Great stay, Rocky is very responsive. Everything was exactly as it was described, great location. Friendly staff. Nice and private, Private beach was nice and super easy to get to. Loved it.

Apartment was in an amazing location next to the beach and the community itself had everything you look for a vacation. It was really a great location with a very competitive price. No complaints. Loved it. Host was very easy to connect with and communication was easy

This place is great. Gorgeous resort with lots to do and many restaurants walking distance. Super close 2 minute walk to the beach. It’s basically oceanfront without being directly oceanfront. Also a short drive to Baytowne Wharf. Rocky is friendly and funny. Loved staying at his place and can’t wait to come back!

Our stay at this property was nothing short of magical! Rocky has truly outdone themselves with this gem of a property. Nestled on the banks of a serene river, the property boasts stunning views that will take your breath away. The sandy beaches are a short walk away, perfect for lazy days spent sunbathing or building sandcastles with the kids. The water is also extremely refreshing on a hot summer day!
The river provides endless opportunities for adventure, whether you're kayaking, fishing, or simply taking a leisurely swim. And the sandy beaches are a slice of paradise. 10/10 would recommend.
